Cauliflower, Brocoli, and Carrots
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cauliflower, chopped
- 1 Cup Broccoli, chopped
- ¾ Cup Carrots, sliced
- 1 Cup Water
- ⅛ Teaspoon minced Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, softened
- 2 Tablespoons Onion, minced
Instructions
- Place cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots into a steamer basket.
- Add 1 cup water and steam vegetables until tender crisp. There should be a slight resistance when piercing with a fork. Check after 8 minutes.
- Mix the garlic, onions, and butter together. Set aside.
- Place steamed vegetables into a bowl and add the butter mixture and onions.
- Stir well to melt the butter and distribute
- Place ½ cup into a bowl. Serve hot.
