  Cauliflower, Brocoli, and Carrots


Ingredients


  • 1 Cup Cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 Cup Broccoli, chopped
  • ¾ Cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 Cup Water
  • ⅛ Teaspoon minced Garlic 
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 2 Tablespoons Onion, minced


Instructions


  • Place cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots into a steamer basket.
  • Add 1 cup water and steam vegetables until tender crisp. There should be a slight resistance when piercing with a fork. Check after 8 minutes.
  • Mix the garlic, onions, and butter together. Set aside.
  • Place steamed vegetables into a bowl and add the butter mixture and onions.
  • Stir well to melt the butter and distribute 
  • Place ½ cup into a bowl. Serve hot.
  • Enjoy!
