      Buffalo Wing Sauce 

(Air Fryer Recipe)


Ingredients


  • 4 tablespoons unsalted Butter or 3 tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 6 tablespoons of Hot Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper (or more to taste)


Directions


  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat
  • Add the worcestershire, and cayenne pepper. Whisk to combine
  • Taste the sauce and add more cayenne pepper if you want it spicier. Use while warm
  • Enjoy!

Substitutes

Instead of Worcestershire Sauce, you can use 1/8 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of steak sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 4 drops of Tabasco Sauce, or a dash of sugar

For the unsalted butter, use 1 cup of butter to reduces the salt called for in the recipe by ½ teaspoon
